We are supported by an industrial footprint to guarantee first-time-right part production and provide one-stop-shop reliability. We create value for our customers by repairing or rebuilding metal parts to allow lifetime extension or downtime reduction of industrial equipment.

GUARANTEED’s focus is on repairing or rebuilding large
slow-moving components beyond conventional techniques, thereby prolonging the life of ageing industrial
equipment, reducing long lead times and eliminating storage costs. As a tight respect of lead-times is
important to our customers, we work with proven & robust industrial components to ensure
high TRL-level and reliability of our production equipment.
In-situ process monitoring capabilities allow for closed-loop process control to
minimize the risk of defect formation. On-line NDT implementation guarantees that residual
defects are detected and corrected on the fly in order to achieve zero-defect manufacturing capabilities,
fully aligned with the GUARANTEED brand.
Guaranteed industrial footprint
GUARANTEED offers a one-stop-shop approach in order to keep full control on our quality and lead-times as well as to respond to our customers’ needs to receive ready-to-install parts at the lowest possible TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
This is why the GUARANTEED operations are currently embedded within ArcelorMittal Belgium. This approach provides us direct access to a state-of-the-art workshop, but even more important to highly skilled workers in an environment where safety, quality and customers are the number one priority.
First time right, zero-defect manufacturing
The first-time-right zero-defect capability of our process is key in achieving both short lead-times and high-quality components. For this purpose, GUARANTEED uses the most advanced WAAM process software currently available which is developed by one of our strategic partners. This is complemented with in-house developed unique specific welding, metallurgical and in-use property simulation capabilities which ensure the selection of optimal production parameters from the very first produced part.

Joachim Antonissen
Managing Director
Graduated in Material Science from Ghent University and holds several patents related to wire and arc additive manufacturing and development of high strength steels. Joachim set-up several international collaboration projects and consortia and gained experience with start-ups by joining the board of a corporate venture.
Sander Plasschaert
COO & IWE
Graduated in Mechanical Construction from Ghent University and holds an International Welding Engineering degree. As manager of the ArcelorMittal Belgium workshop, he focused on introducing new 3D-technologies.
